Tarptautinių projektų vadovo (-ės)


Rudenį LMTA pradeda veiklą Europos aukštųjų kino mokyklų aljanse (daugiau apie jo veiklą galima sužinoti čia Jau tris metus veikiantis aljansas prasiplėtė ir rudenį pradeda naują etapą - 8 Europos aukštųjų kino ir meno mokyklų projektą - FilmEU+, todėl ieškome naujo nario - tarptautinių projektų vadovo (-ės).  Pradinis projekto etapas - 4 metai.



FILMEU+ brings together eight European Higher Education Institutions. Together, these institutions collaborate around the common objective of jointly promoting high-level education, innovation and research activities in the multidisciplinary field of Film and Media Arts.


The FilmEU+ European University Alliance has a mission to develop a barrier-free and continuously deepening cooperation in education, research and innovation within the Alliance, based on shared European values.


This network can be represented as an ever-widening circle, which extends out from the FilmEU+ members to include associated partners, external partners and society at large.


FilmEU+ aims to serve as a touchstone for quality in the European Higher Education and Research Area of Film and Media Arts, by building a cross-institutional alliance, boosting access to best practices and integrating lessons learned to the benefit of other institutions and society.





  • Providing support in the coordination implementation and management of European       projects within FilmEU+ and other international projects.

  • Organising, leading and monitoring project tasks and activities performed by the Lithuanian Music and Theatre Academy, ensuring their timely completion 

  • Coordination with different working groups and task forces involved in the projects and proposals to organise the work  

  • Prepare communications, meeting agendas, and presentations to ensure the flow of information among internal and international teams

  • Supporting the structuring and drafting of reports and deliverables of varied groups within FilmEU+, extracting the most relevant information 

  • Providing support in the preparation of new European project proposals by coordinating with partner universities  

  • Engage with external and internal stakeholders at different levels




  • Demonstrable project management experience and skills

  • Master's degree 

  • Strong organisational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work both individually and in close collaboration with multicultural teams at varying levels of organisations 

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and handle demanding timeframes. Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously and work with tight deadlines

  • Excellent command of English; another European foreign language is an advantage

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong service orientation

  • Willingness to travel frequently, as required, to alliance member countries

  • Ideally: professional experience in a similar position and project management skills





  • Work in a transnational association of eight universities in Europe with the aim to create a new quality of cooperation between the Film and Media Art universities across spectrum of their activities.

  • full time job / The salary will be commensurate with position-related knowledge, experience and skills (salary based on your competencies relevant to the job + bonuses depending on the results achieved: 2200 - 2700 € netto monthly)
